Mission

 

As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for the full recruitment process.

Outcomes

  • Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts

  • Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization

  • Develop recruitment strategy

  • Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements

  • Design and manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers

  • Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring

  • Use Social Media, Job portals, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs

  • Review employment applications and background check reports

  • Plan procedures for improving candidate experience

  • Participate in employment events, such as career fairs

Competencies

  • A Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resource Management
  • 3 or more years of experience as Talent Acquisition Manager or similar HR Role
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
  • Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments)
  • Experience with sourcing and recruitment marketing tools
  • Great Interpersonal and communication skills
