The HR Intern will assist the HR manager in the daily HR activities for a 6 months internship.


You’ll coordinate and assist in HR activities:

  • Process work passes application, renewal and cancellation
  • Prepare the induction programme for new joiners
  • Follow up on employee’s absences
  • Assist in monthly payroll and claims processing
  • Ensure proper filing and updating in the HR system
  • Maintain Employee handbook
  • Assist in attending employees’ enquiries

You’ll participate in HR development:

  • Participate in meetings with managers
  • Define and update HR process
  • Review, recommend and administer retention/reward/employee benefit schemes for the organization
  • Participate in organizing company events


  • Studying Business Administration or Human Resource Management
  • Great Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to interact with personnel at all levels
  • Self-starter, motivated and team player
  • Possess the drive to overcome challenges in a start-up environment
