Mission

 

Explore the whole spectrum of the Talent Acquisition function through supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager for 6 months. Your role will integrate different dynamics from day to day Recruitment activities to highly rewarding long-term HR projects.

Outcomes

 

Talent Acquisition:

  • Source top talents through a wide range of pipelines (job portals, LinkedIn, events…)
  • Lead interviews
  • Liaise and build trust with Hiring Managers
  • Organise and participate in recruitment events (fairs, conferences, networking…)
  • Build an exciting Candidate Journey to entertain the relationship between Sleek and potential future hires
  • Maintain the Applicant Tracking System and recruitment dashboard

Campus Management:

  • Build the Campus Management strategy to attract top interns & grads and increase Sleek’s attractivity
  • Organise and participate in Career Fairs

HR Projects:

  • Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in structuring the Corporate Culture
  • Build a strong Employer Branding both online & offline to make of Sleek an employer of choice

Competencies

  • Studying or graduate in Business Administration or Human Resources Management
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to interact with personnel at all levels
  • Entrepreneur, self-starter, enthusiastic and team player
  • Agility, ability to multitask in a start-up environment
