Based in our offices in the Philippines in Clark the IT Support Executive will ensure platform stability and quality management of the releases


As a IT Support of Platform, you will report to the Head of Technology and your main duties will be:

• Ensure platform stability:
o Ensure the platform support L2 when a ticket is received
o Guide users to resolve their issue according to the platform knowledge, knowledge base 
o Escalate tickets to the development team when required when issue is qualified as a technical bug

• Quality management of the releases:
o Ensure a proper quality management process is followed and applied in the release cycle in coordination with the Head of Technology
o Give the GO/No GO for releases to be sent to UAT

• Technology :
o Ensure the coherence of the Technical architecture with the Head of Technology
o Assist and backup the Head of Technology on the CI/CD and production technical support
o Perform L2 technical support (data updates, sensitive production operations)
o Setup monitoring of production system

Minimum education & experience requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Mongo DB, AWS, NodeJS, Python

Knowledge and skills abilities requirements

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
