Setting up a company in Singapore has never been easier.
Read through our online incorporation checklist to see what you need to get started with a company in Singapore. When you've got everything on the list, it's a simple click to get going!
Your new company checklist:
Do you have a company name in mind?
It’s also good to have a back up, in case it’s already taken.
Do you know when you want your FYE to be?
For ease of filing deadlines, a common choice is 31 December.
Do you have an address you can use for your registered address?
It must be a physical address. If you don’t have one, we can provide this.
Do you know who your directors will be?
These are the people who will need to sign off on all important company matters.
Do you have a local director?
You’re required to have at least one locally resident director of your company.
If you don’t have one, we can provide you with a nominee director.
Do you know who your shareholders will be?
Do you know what your share structure will be like?
eg “Our company will have 1000 shares total, with Sally having 500 shares and Jeff having 500 shares. Shares will be SG$1/each.”
